Matt MacGregor, .USAMatt MacGregor comes to Oredev with 15 years of project management experience. He started by working while in school and graduating with his Masters in Project Management (MPM) from Western Carolina University, the first U.S. accredited university to have a Masters in Project Management program accredited by PMI. Matt has experience in the long term health care, telecommunications and wholesale precious stone and jewelry industries. Matt´s project management experience benefits from a wide range of projects including trade show production, centralized software rollouts, and large-scale hardware and software deployments to multiple geographically disperse locations. Matt is a currently registered PMP and has held that distinction since 2003.

What specific kind of outsourcing will be the focus of today's discussion? Business Process. Case study example: U.S. Company services provider (non manufacturing). Business Processes Outsourced: Internal help desk, I.T. systems support, project resources. Discussion of transition activity process. Discussion of observations / lessons learned from each of the three business process groups (cons).
