He has more than 10 years experience of implementing Critical Chain Project Management in single- and multi-project environments.Lars is a founding partner ofVMGABin Sweden and of Goldratt Implementation Group Europe, which is part of the group that developed the Critical Chain approach. He has an Executive MBA degree and is an internationally certified expert in TOC, Theory of Constraints. His interest is how to improve overall performance in complex businesses with a high level of uncertainty, such as product development, while at the same time improving the work environment and culture. Bengt Nilsson has his great interest in the logistical and business challenges of project and portfolio management. He has been devoted to the field for more than 10 years. During the last 4 years Bengt has conducted around 15 implementations of Critical Chain Multi Project Management in various types of industries. Bengt is also regularly enrolled as a lecturer in Project Management at both Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Lund Institute of Technology (LTH). Bengt is a founding partner ofVMGABin Sweden and of Goldratt Implementation Group Europe, which is part of the group that developed the Critical Chain approach. He is a Master of Science of Lund Institute of Technology and is an internationally certified expert in TOC, Theory of Constraints.
