High Yield from your IT resources- A function of your Governance Ecosystem The yield of IT-investments is more and more dependent on an increasing number of stakeholders. A basically internal technological focus with the CIO very much in control is fast changing to a stakeholder demand driven situation, with external pressures from the net generation fueled by consumerization as its latest and strongest cause. This puts enormous pressure on the design of the governance “ecosystem". We need new simple and communicable frameworks to clarify mission, mandate and expectation. This presentation will explore the need to “keep it simple" and tools that enables you to “start slow and grow" with the maturity of your organization.
