Embedded Linux - From idea to product
An introduction to Linux for embedded solutions.
Why use Linux?
When choosing an operating system you need to address some technical key issues. Configurability, scalability and memory requirements are some of them.
Use of Linux can improve system design flexibility through extensive hardware support, easily available source code and much more. Also, essential tools required to build Linux systems are available as open source software from the Internet or distributors.
Anders' team has developed a lot of embedded products based on Linux during the past years. At this seminar Anders presents some project experiences regarding how to integrate Linux as a new platform.
