He has over 18 years experience of integrating user-centred design activities into software and web development lifecycles. He brings extensive knowledge and experience across the entire range of user and business focussed activities encompassing requirements methodologies, business and user analysis, user interface research, design, testing and evaluation, and education and training; this has been acquired across a variety of platforms across a range of different device types and includes both product design and consultancy.
Jarnails experience has been gained across a variety of industry sectors spanning the UK, Europe, Africa, and North America. He has worked both as an individual contributor to delivery teams and has led large user experience teams on many leading-edge client engagement.
