Lars Peterson was external project manager for the change program at TAC. Lars has led change programs and advised management inSwedenas well as in Europe and USA for the last 15 years. He has more than 10 years experience of implementing Critical Chain Project Management in single- and multi-project environments.
Lars is a founding partner ofVMGABin Sweden and of Goldratt Implementation Group Europe, which is part of the group that developed the Critical Chain approach.  He has an Executive MBA degree and is an internationally certified expert in TOC, Theory of Constraints.
His interest is how to improve overall performance in complex businesses with a high level of uncertainty, such as product development, while at the same time improving the work environment and culture.

Emma Adolfsson, TAC, Sweden
After working for Maersk Data and IBM in Copenhagen, Emma joined TAC in 2006. She is currently managing a 3 year program of about 40 sub-projects all aimed at creating the new product generation for TAC's Systems Product Division, the market leader in integrated HVAC and Access control solutions. The program involves about 130 SW developers and quality assurance people from 5 geographical locations in Europe and USA.

Here she is involved in getting projects done in time, according to budget, but also implementing a new process, new methodologies and keeping the best from the old while implementing the new.
