Register

On this page you can register for any combination of courses, tutorials and conference days that you want. This year it's easier, you can pay by credit card!

For example if you buy a '3 Day Pass' you can choose a day of tutorials (Tues) and any 2 days of the conference (say Wed and Fri).  If you want to attend a course (Mon) you must register for it in addition to the 'Day Pass'.

Monday 2nd: Courses start (no exhibition)

Monday 2nd & Tuesday 3rd: Tutorials Days, (no Exhibition)
Wednesday 4th: Conference, Exhibition, Evening reception and Activities
Thursday 5th: Conference and Exhibition, Evening reception and Show
Friday 6th: Conference and Exhibition

Choose a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 Day Pass and choose which day(s) you will attend when you register.  The tutorial seats are limited so you have to choose them when you register.

All prices are in Euro excl. VAT. If you don't choose to pay by credit card, we will invoice your company/organization after your registration.  Our payment terms are 15 days from the invoice date.

The conference pass includes free access to all seminars and the exhibition area (and/or specified tutorials) on the days you specify. The pass also includes documentation, coffee and lunch every day, and dinners on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th of November.


Group Discount: 5 or more from the same company? Save up to 35% on the regular price

Do you plan to attend the conference together with your colleagues this year? The 2009 Øredev conference offers special savings when you register a group of five or more people from the same company. Please contact michael.tiberg@oredev.org about this directly.

Cancellations, Substitutions & Upgrades policy

Please note that Øredev does not offer refunds after the 11th of October. Should you wish to cancel your registration before this date, Øredev will provide a full refund.

If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place.

Already registered but now want to attend another day? Yes! Just send us an email and we’ll do what is necessary to make the changes.

Privacy policy

Øredev uses the information you provide during the registration for the conference only. We do not sell or in any way allow third parties access to your information.

When you register, you are automatically included on the conference mailing list, to receive our newsletter on the conference and other events arranged by Øredev.
